MerryPlace Development, LLC is pleased to announce the exciting start of home sales at MerryPlace, an all new community in West Palm Beach, Florida. This incredible location is just minutes from the Intracoastal Waterway, parks, beaches, downtown businesses, fabulous Clematis Street and CityPlace shopping and the new West Palm Beach City Hall. Charming Northwood Villages shops, antique stores, restaurants and night spots are just three blocks from MerryPlace.

MerryPlace is an all new 14 acre pedestrian friendly development that will include two story garden style apartment condominums, three story townhomes and single family detached homes. Prices begin in the low one hundreds for one bedroom/one bath apartments.

This family friendly community features gorgeous native landscaping, a two story clubhouse/media center, picnic/barbeque area, and a tot-lot playground, and the Pleasant City Elementary School is two blocks away. The neighborhood has been designed for walkability, and wide sidewalks and plenty of shade trees make MerryPlace a great place for relaxing strolls and bicycle rides. Residents can also easily ride their bike or walk to waterfront Currie Park for more recreational fun.

All MerryPlace ownership homes will be deed restricted to require all owners to occupy their own units. The ongoing beauty of the neighborhood will be protected by a master Property Owner’s Association that will provide full landscaping services. All the homes in MerryPlace have been built as “Workforce Housing”, to meet the needs of our diverse workforce community. Sales are limited to families earning no more than 120% of area median income. This will guarantee that the homes remain affordable to West Palm Beach residents for decades to come.

MerryPlace will be a certified Green Community, as recognized by the Florida Green Building Coalition. Among other benefits, every homeowner within MerryPlace will enjoy utility bills that are 10-15% lower than a standard unit.
